Chris is an undercover IIA agent who was once assigned to be Dylan's friend Harry.

the series so far
Chris worked for IIA for years as an IIA agent. He was very good at his job. The only complaint he got was he got too attached to the people he spied on. After being prematurely pulled from a mission with drug dealer Lyndon Chin, he was recommended by Henry Davidson as the perfect candidate to go undercover to protect Dylan Stone. For months he pretended to be high school junior Harry before presumingly being shot to death during a school shooting staged by Clive Johnson. He actually faked his death, dyed his blond locks brown, and began terrorizing IIA as one part of the Horsemen. All he wanted to do was teach them a lesson, and he did just that. IIA has major restructuring to do in the near future.

Chris turned himself in to IIA custody. Dylan shot him the leg, but it's presumed he lived.
