Danny is Nate's best friend. The two went through basic training at the CIA together and immediately hit it off. The two even lived together for many years. Nate can talk to Danny about absolutely anything, even things he doesn't tell Angie. Danny likes field work, but does most of his maneuvering behind a desk. He likes to get into the heads of his enemies and figure them out.

Kidnapped by Carly Santos, CIA agent Danny Bridges was he unknowing connection between IIA and the CIA she needed. Thanks to a LOA cover up at the CIA, Danny finally got the promotion he wanted (along with a bit of hush money).  But after Nate awoke from his coma, their already strained friendship continued to suffer. However, Danny found a way to work at IIA as a CIA Liaison, and he and Nate were thick as thieves once again. But Danny had to accept the bachelor days of them living together may be long gone.
