Furlick's the head of IIA's London office, and one of Ms. O's most trusted allies. They see eye to eye on most matters, and bounce their ideas of each other. He's married and cops to having several children with other women.

the series so far
It was Fulrick who championed for Ms. O after her demotion. He suggested she hire Nate after the CIA burned him. He's also close to Keith as the two worked together in London for six months. When the Horsemen entered everyone's lives, Fulrick took it very personally, as their first attack occurred outside his office. He found himself trusting no one but Ms. O. They both agreed to investigate the Horsemen clandestinely without interference from other IIA offices. After a attempted hacking of the London offices servers, he grew suspicious of office secretary Rachel, and tasked Keith to keep an eye on her. It was later discovered Fulrick had a relationship with Rachel, as he is the father of her son Tyler. As part of the Horsemen's plan to force IIA to meet with them, he was shot and seriously injured.
