Ginny posed as Carrie,a promiscuous and insecure girl who Dylan hooked up with early into his junior year. But she was much more than that.

the series so far
Ginny (known to Dylan as Carrie) seemed to be a perfectly harmless if annoying teenage girl. She had a relationship with Dylan Stone based solely on sexual favors, and was rejected, along with all of his friends, when Dylan was dosed with the date rape drug at a party. (The drug was meant for Madison.) The two drifted apart, but Carrie found a way back into Dylan's life when he broke up with Madison, only to be forgotten again when that break up proved to be short lived. At the junior prom Carrie, finally revealed to be Ginny, Carly Santro's younger sister, kidnapped Dylan and delivered him to Harris Butler. She was taken down by IIA operative the same night.

Ginny is now in CIA custody. IIA turned to her for information on Clive Johnson last year.
