Keith began his career as a hacker. He was eventually caught by the CIA after hacking their servers, and they gladly turned him over to IIA to put the embarrassing situation behind them. As a Computer Tech, he offers surveillance on missions, makes sure IIA's servers are in tip top shape and uses his computer skills to help catch the bad guys. His easygoing demeanor and nice guy charm has made him quite the hit with his female co-workers.

the series so far
Keith returned to IIA San Diego after a stint in London and found himself drawn back to his ex Jen. He didn't expect another ex, Rachel, to follow him with the news that she was pregnant. He was very excited about the prospect of being a father, but it turned out he wasn't the father. The Rachel fiasco strained his relationship with Jen, but it wasn't until Ben killed himself that they really began to drift apart. Keith was also promoted to Head Computer Tech around this time, and found the extra work load difficult to handle. He then went back to London to install a new security system. He stay was prolonged when the servers were hacked and Rachel was believed to be a mole. He turned to Jen for help, and she broke up with him. While still prone to joke around, Keith's much more serious than he once was. During the final showdown with the Horsemen, Keith promised to take care of Rachel's son if she was taking into custody for helping Richardson spy on Ms. O and Fulrick.

Keith's work in London is done, but he doesn't know if he wants to return to San Diego.
