Lucas is Angie and Dylan's very rich uncle. Known as the "Clean King," he is well known in California for his late night infomercials promoting various products he invents. When his brother and his wife died, he couldn't take Angie and Dylan, as he was only a teenager. Once he amassed his wealth however, he took them in. He still sends them checks every month. He loves holidays, and once put live reindeer in his front yard for Christmas.

Lucas has no idea what's really going on in his niece and nephew's lives. When Angie was hospitalized due to Carly Santros, he called in famous doctors only for IIA to save her right underneath his nose. Dylan lived with him all summer after his LOA enhancements were removed.
