Rachel was Keith's rebound girlfriend in London. He left London knowing she was pregnant, but he didn't expect her to follow him. He also didn't expect that once he got used to the idea of being a father, she would disappear for months. When she did appear, she admitted he was not the father. The father was later revealed to be Rachel's boss, Edward Fulrick. She then went back to work in the London office, raising her son Tyler all alone. When Keith went back to the London office for a few months, he was charged with investigating her, as she was suspected of being a mole. It turned out she was working with an IIA agent, Richardson, on a private investigation of the Horsemen.

Rachel suspects she will be brought up on charges for her involvement with Richardson. She asked Keith to take custody of her son Tyler.
