Richardson is a tough as nails IIA agent who often doesn't think out her plans clearly before implementing them.

the series so far
Richardson was brought in, along with her team, to capture Carly Santros. When Ms. O was demoted for operating outside of IIA, Richardson became her boss. The promotion was short lived however, when Percy was kidnapped and Richardson refused Ms. O's help. She appeared yet again as the head of the New York office. She disagreed with Ms. O on how to approach the problem of the Horsemen and resorted to spying on Ms. O to find out what she was doing along with Rachel Harrington from the London office. Her efforts only served to undermine the investigation.

Richardson is resigned to the fact that her career with IIA is over.
